Are you Accountable? Free Audios!

Are you Accountable? Free Audios!

Not too long?ago, I shared 3 easy ways to keep yourself accountable. In the past I have also offered free accountability audios to help you grow in your personal and professional life. My Free Accountability Audios provide?tips?on how you can use the skills of an Life/Business Coach to keep yourself and others accountable.?Well today, history repeats! ?I’m bringing my free accountability downloads back and they even come with a fill-in-the-blank?style worksheet to follow along!

Why am I putting so much emphasis on accountability? The truth is, most people COMPLETELY understand what Accountability IS?and even how much it is needed in their career/organization?yet most people have never been taught HOW to professionally hold themselves and others accountable.

Many people confuse having a friend that will be an ?Accountability Partner? with having a trained professional serve as an ?Accountability Coach??and their results show it! This part also relates to this month’s OOHs topic on relationships so it’s a very fitting time for me to bring up accountability again.

This Material is ?excerpt??taken directly from the Get A Klu Coaching and Leadership Training that dozens of people have paid THOUSANDS of dollars to go through! You?ll get it today for free, and here?s what to expect:

  • Learn the FOUR SECTIONS of a Coaching Session AND the techniques you?ll need to execute them! What this means is that you will learn the strategies a coach like myself uses to keep myself and others accountable.

Alexandra Harbushka has invited me to be a guest on her?Real World Woman Podcast?next month in April. Alexandra is a colleague and friend from The University Club, where we are both members. We recently had a chance to sit down for a Power Breakfast (remember ?you can join me any time for breakfast!) and learn more about each other’s businesses. I’m impressed by Alexandra’s ambition, drive and vision…therefore, honored to be a guest on?her Podcast.

You may be wondering, “Why is Jeff appearing on a Woman’s Podcast?” ?The idea is to provide real life information to help women become confident, understand what she wants/needs from life and give her resources to become her sexy self. ?So,?even though the Podcast has the word “Woman” in the title, it’s really a program that both men and women will enjoy. ?Perhaps you know that my wife has a successful corporate career that currently has her on 50% travel giving me an opportunity to be “Super Dad” in somewhat of a traditional gender-role-reversal. ?I might also share my insight on being a Life/Business Coach, running a service based business, being an Adjunct Professor and balancing it all with “Triple Daddy Duty” for our 3 kids. ?Men and woman both bring unique qualities to the table, and I feel that it’s important to have a thorough understanding of the different types of contributions each gender is capable of making in this world.

Alexandra Harbushka with Get A KluMore about Alexandra Harbushka: Taken from her own words?“I am an entrepreneur, a daughter, and a lover. I have lived a full life so far, and know that real women are nothing like the glitz and glamour displayed on the red carpet and in the media. That doesn?t mean, however, that we don?t deserve the same quality of life they enjoy. How do Real World Women discover success with sex, money, and food? I have made it my life goal to find out. Between my podcasts where industry experts and I share the inside scoop and my store where I bring beauty to women, I hope to spread happiness and success to women worldwide.

With a background in residential real estate, residential mortgages and experience working in the heart of the fashion industry?Madison Avenue?I have spent years cultivating the insider insight that I bring to you through my podcast. Accountability, to me, is a lot like parenting or driving in that it is easy to feel WE are good at it, while OTHERS are horrible. ?But look within! ?Are you a Supervisor, Manager, Director or “Boss” of others in any form? ?Would you call yourself a “boss” or would you prefer to be called a Leader!? ?What’s the difference? ?One place to look is Accountability!

For one, a boss is TOTALLY willing to hold other people accountable whereas a leader, in addition to offering accountability is also willing to hold themselves accountable (or allow themselves to be held accountable). ?Moreover, someone embracing the identity of “Boss” is likely to rely on their authority and power to “fire” someone as their main tool of Accountability. ?Leaders, on the other hand, get permission?they collaborate with their direct reports on what is possible both in their potential and actual results. ?Leaders?inspire, empower and support their direct reports creating in them a DESIRE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

Get a Klu- AccountabilityWhen this happened for ME (a desire within to be held accountable), my life and career changed forever?and, for the better by several fold, I might ad. ?This is why I?ve created a couple of free resource guides (audios with worksheets) to help YOU?better understand accountability.

Let me just ask: ?Have you ever studied accountability or challenged yourself in any way to get better at holding yourself and others accountable? ?What would happen to your coaching practice or career as a leader of others if you made a 10-20% improvement in your Accountability Effectiveness? ?The free resources I am giving you “stand alone” as complete in their value, but also make up 33% of a complete Accountability Training that I offer privately or in e-course format. ?If you like the free content, maybe you’ll LOVE the rest!?accountability training ecourse

Meanwhile, WHY is LEARNING accountability so important??Because, accountability is about measurement and reporting. ?Without it, no “success” can ever be declared! ?We ALL DESERVE SUCCESS?but how could we ever SAY we are successful without an “accounting” of the results we produce as compared to what we set out to produce? ?Each person’s “measure of success” may differ but NOBODY can claim success without measures!

If you are a Coach or at a level of Supervisor and above in your organization, my?free audios with printable fill-in-the-blank worksheets will teach you a PROVEN FORMAT?for an effective coaching/leadership session or one-on-one meeting with your direct reports. ?About 90 minutes of content will help/improve your ability to?provide powerful but permission-based accountability. ?You will also find the audios?loaded with tips on Task-Management, Motivation, and Integrity!
