Competitive AdvantageNo matter what industry?you’re in, it’s a competitive marketplace. ?Not only do you want to AVOID “shooting yourself in the foot before you begin the race” but its also critical that you establish your Competitive Advantage! ?I am not talking about cheating, but truly providing a “unique selling proposition” or “differentiation piece” so you stand out as an obvious choice.

Whatever it is that you do, there are dozens of other people who can do the same job, so why would someone hire you instead of THEM?

To help my clients establish Competitive Advantage, I ask the two questions you see below?and, believe if or not, most people don’t have an answer to this. Be clear, however, that if you want to stand out and be successful, it’s time to establish your competitive advantage.

Here are two questions?you need to answer:

  1. What do you do?better than everyone else who has your job??Think about all the things you do for your job. Most likely, everyone else who has your job also does the same thing. How are you doing it better?
  2. What do you do that no one else does? – Can you find something or create something that no one else who does what you do is doing?

I have many examples from my “job”?as a Life and Business coach and the one I am perhaps most proud of is that I offer two complimentary coaching sessions which is BOTH better than just one?(what most coaches offer) and unique. ?My complimentary sessions are better because I don’t spend any time in the first session selling or going over pricing.
