A thirty-five year veteran of the Sales Profession, Steve spent the last 18 years of his career Sonic Air and United Parcel Service who bought Sonic Air in 1995. With Sonic Air, Steve was the top sales representative for 5 consecutive years which included a $6M annual contract with GE Medical Systems…the largest account in the company’s history for 7 years running!

Subsequently, Steve captured the entire Medical Imaging marketplace for Logistics which included: Siemens Medical Systems, Boehringer Mannheim, Picker International (now part of Phillips Medical Systems) and Toshiba Medical Systems to name a few.
In addition to 18 years of Sales Management in Supply Chain/Logistics Management in the Medial Imaging Industry, where he gave sales presentations, prepared complex sales proposals, and worked with implementation teams on global logistics projects, Steve previously owned his own Travel Company and worked for many successful years in the Advertising Industry.
Steve retired from UPS in 2005 and has committed his life to “service” ever since. Steve currently teaches cooking at the Carlsbad Senior Center. He also teaches the Carlsbad City Program to 3rd Graders at the Pacific Rim School. He is also Vice President of the Optimist Club of Carlsbad. Since 2009, Steve has also been leading Introductions to the Landmark Forum and Coaching participants in the Introduction Leaders Program.
You might not find two identities that are less congruent than “Corporate Sales Guru” and “Community Volunteer” yet, in Steve Pettersen, they combine seamlessly!
Today, Steve is on a mission to bring Get A Klu to Corporate audiences and officially joins our Advisory Board in a “Director of Business Development” capacity. With him, Steve brings a “lifetime” of experience and “life-changing” workshops and programs that significantly enhance our ability to serve you!
