Tech Tools are not just fun, but important to helping businesses run better.  Business owners have ALWAYS been forced to adapt to new technology and today’s business owners are seeing new tools popping up quicker than we can even learn about the current ones.  The pace of new technology may create fear, anxiety or hesitation when it comes to THE WORK of deciding what the best gadget, app or website to use might be!

Well, if “technical issues” are ALWAYS going to be present in one’s business, why not make sure they are the issues of PROGRESS…issues of TRIAL and ERROR that precedes the ROI (return on investment) of adopting new technology tools?  By contrast, most “technical issues” businesses face are due to OLD equipment that isn’t working well or working at all anymore.  But I prefer the technical issues associated with ADOPTING new technologies.

I’m proud to recommend the following 4 tech tools that have helped me succeed in different areas of my business.  Perhaps these exact tools might help you as well OR maybe you’ll be a little more fearless to adopt the right tech tools for your business!

1. Learn It Live-Learn It Live is a Virtual Classroom platform that I’ve used extensively since 2012.  I have run a variety of events on the platform, from one-off webinars to entire training programs.  My newest program on Learn it Live is my OOHs (Online Office Hours) program where once a month, public coaching (first come, first served) is available to live participants…I’m there to offer coaching first, but will always have content to share if there are no questions to answer.  So far we’ve covered Goal Setting and Behavioral Assessments.  On March 30th at 2:00 p.m., the topic will be “The Breakthrough Session” where I reveal my secrets for creating BREAKTHROUGHS for people inside of their initial Coaching Session.  Participant questions come first, but the content will be ready to be shared as well.  All sessions are recorded and accessible to all new registrants.  CLICK HERE to check out OOHs on Learn it Live!
2. Zoom- This is an amazing conference call tool that allows me to connect with my prospects and clients virtually in a more personal way. The user interfce is simple so I can have video conferences calls without worrying about people having to download programs or large files. Both parties can also record the session and have access to it after.  There is screen sharing, phone access to supplement web access, and just super easy to use.  It doesn’t have the “classroom” tools that Learn it Live has and it is easier to log in to a session than Learn it Live.  So, I use it for PRIVATE sessions with individuals or groups…whereas Learn it Live is more for public consumption!  Go to zoom.us to check it out!  Or, make an appointment with me using the tool below and we can meet in my Zoom Online Conference Room!
3. Schedule Once- Schedule Once is an online scheduling tool that connects directly to my calendar in real time.  This tool allows people to make appointments with me based on their own schedule without having to spend extra time emailing back and forth with me. It’s simple to use, you click on my scheduling link, choose your time zone and meting duration…then compare your schedule with my openings.  As soon as you make your appointment with me, it books directly into my calendar in real time and I am notified.  Plus, I set up reminders to go out automatically so if people need to reschedule, they are reminded well in advance.  This might be the most profitably tech adoption I have ever made for my business based on how much time I save and the increase in bookings I’ve gotten due to the ease of the tool and the impression it makes on my clients/prospects.

4. Mobiltivity- I do a lot of Speaking and Networking to promote my business and generate leads/prospects.  Mobiltivity is text-message based marketing tool that captures cell phone numbers and pushes out a “mobile web site” to uses.  Go ahead and text “klubeck” to 40691 and click the link you will get in the reply.
